環(huán)球視覺國際藝術(shù)設(shè)計獎（簡稱：環(huán)球視覺設(shè)計獎），面向全球范圍的一項大師級國際設(shè)計獎項，以反對藝術(shù)分化、推崇藝術(shù)平等為宗旨，聚焦于不同領(lǐng)域的視覺藝術(shù)，致力于打造全球頂級藝術(shù)普及平臺！作為當(dāng)代藝術(shù)普及的重要推動力量，面向中國（含港澳臺地區(qū)）、亞太地區(qū)、全球范圍的設(shè)計從業(yè)者、設(shè)計機構(gòu)以及各大院校藝術(shù)設(shè)計專業(yè)學(xué)生；挖掘擁有無限潛力的設(shè)計新力量，探究不同文化語境下美學(xué)的可能性，以無界靈感叩響開放、 自由、平等的創(chuàng)意之門！
Global Vision International Art and Design Award (referred to as: Global Visual Design Award) is a master-level international design award for the world. With the purpose of opposing art differentiation and promoting art equality, it focuses on visual art in different fields and is committed to creating a global top art popularization platform! As an important driving force for the popularization of contemporary art, it is aimed at design practitioners, design institutions and students majoring in art design in major universities and colleges in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), the Asia-Pacific region and the world; Tap the new power of design with unlimited potential, explore the possibility of aesthetics in different cultural contexts, and knock the door of open, free and equal creativity with boundless inspiration!

學(xué)生組（S）：各大院校藝術(shù)、設(shè)計專業(yè)學(xué)生；
專業(yè)組（P）：藝術(shù)從業(yè)者、設(shè)計從業(yè)者、設(shè)計機構(gòu)或相關(guān)愛好者；
備注：設(shè)計主題不設(shè)限定；參賽者提交作品數(shù)量不設(shè)限定。
03｜參賽類別Competing Category
1）視覺傳達類：海報折頁、標(biāo)志IP、書籍畫冊、創(chuàng)意廣告、包裝、攝影、插畫、數(shù)位繪畫等;
2）藝術(shù)美術(shù)類：國畫、油畫、素描、雕塑、水粉畫、版畫、簡筆畫等;
3）工業(yè)產(chǎn)品類：工業(yè)設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、首飾設(shè)計、服裝設(shè)計、生活家居等;
4）環(huán)境空間類：室內(nèi)、環(huán)境、景觀、風(fēng)景園林、建筑等設(shè)計;
5）新媒體設(shè)計：短視頻、UI網(wǎng)頁、概念藝術(shù)、交互藝術(shù)、裝置藝術(shù)等設(shè)計。
04｜評審團隊Review Team
獎賽評審團隊由環(huán)球視覺設(shè)計獎終身評委藝術(shù)家、部分受邀環(huán)球視覺設(shè)計獎榮譽評委組成；整體設(shè)計以創(chuàng)意思維、表現(xiàn)技法、藝術(shù)靈感性為主要評審準(zhǔn)則。
05｜獎項設(shè)置Award Setting
1) 特金獎（全場最高獎；名額待定，據(jù)獎賽實際來稿數(shù)量、質(zhì)量確定）；
2) 金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優(yōu)秀獎、提名獎（名額待定，據(jù)獎賽實際來稿數(shù)量、質(zhì)量確定）；
3) 優(yōu)秀教師獎（凡組織5件以上作品統(tǒng)一報名的院校指導(dǎo)教師，并在郵件中注明教師簡單信息的，均可獲得）。
備注：
1) 本屆特金獎（全場最高獎）獲得者頒發(fā)紙質(zhì)《獲獎證書》，并頒發(fā)特金獎獎杯；
2) 本屆所有獎項獲得者均頒發(fā)紙質(zhì)《獲獎證書》；
3) 本屆獎獲獎?wù)?/span>及其指導(dǎo)老師將聘請部分擔(dān)任“環(huán)球視覺設(shè)計獎榮譽評委”，并頒發(fā)紙質(zhì)《聘書》；
4) 本屆獲獎?wù)邔⒕x部分作品在相關(guān)媒體進行展示，最大限度宣傳展示其成就。
06｜作品提交Work Submitted
本屆所有參賽作品一律通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)郵箱提交：
1）作品電子文檔要求：每件作品根據(jù)自身展示需求，提交于1至10張JPE格式圖片（設(shè)計圖、效果圖、實物照片均可），不小于A4幅面，300dpi，RGB模式。影視動畫、智能交互作品等可提交（mp4格式）動態(tài)視頻，時長不超過5分鐘，大小不超過100M；
2）下載并填寫《環(huán)球視覺設(shè)計獎參賽表》，報名表可在底部下載↓↓↓；
語言：中國參賽區(qū)請選擇中文書寫提交；國際賽區(qū)請用英文書寫提交；
3）作品電子文檔+《參賽表》+參賽費支付憑證截圖，放于一個壓縮包提交至組委會指定郵箱：hqssw@qq.com；
單件作品，壓縮包命名格式為：參賽組別（學(xué)生組S/專業(yè)組P）+參賽者姓名+作品名稱；
多件作品，壓縮包命名格式為：參賽組別（學(xué)生組S/專業(yè)組P）+參賽者姓名+作品件數(shù)。

早鳥參賽期：2023年10月21日--2024年01月20日；
早鳥參賽費：
國際賽區(qū)：學(xué)生組$10美元/件；專業(yè)組$18美元/件（除中國賽區(qū)）
中國賽區(qū)：學(xué)生組¥40元/件；專業(yè)組¥70元/件（含港澳臺地區(qū)）

11｜相關(guān)申明Relevant Declarations
1）大賽主辦、承辦方享有參賽作品的展示權(quán)、印刷權(quán)和宣傳權(quán)；2）參賽者承諾對參賽作品擁有完整、獨立的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，如有發(fā)生知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、版權(quán)糾紛等，組委會有權(quán)取消其參賽資格，并由參賽者承擔(dān)后果；3）獲獎?wù)呦嚓P(guān)證書將采用到付形式郵遞，參賽視為接受；4）大賽組委會對本次大賽保留最終的解釋權(quán)。
